Neck pain is a very common problem in the US. Most of us have woken up with stiff, painful necks from time to time. Also, anyone that has spent a fair amount of time working on a computer or sitting at a desk has felt the pain that goes from the shoulder blades all the way up to the top of the neck. These pains can be temporary, but are often recurrent. These pains are primarily due to the misalignments that occur in the neck and upper back. If left unchecked it can become worse leading to headaches and even pain into the shoulders and arms. By correcting these misalignments we can restore proper function to the neck area and alleviate the pain.
